Defining Non-agronomic Competencies Essential to
Career Success as a Golf Course Superintendent
Round 3

Information and Consent Form

Thank you for helping define the non-agronomic competencies essential to career success as a Golf Course Superintendent (GCS) in Texas. This study involves an expert panel of 25 Texas Golf Course Superintendents. The panel in Round 1 identified non-agronomic competencies essential to career success as a GCS. In Round 2, the panel rated all competencies identified in round 1. In this final round (Round 3), the panel will confirm the competencies rated in round 2.

The panel will engage in three rounds, each requiring about 30 minutes of critical thought and response time.

The study is conducted using methods and protocols approved by the Institutional Review Boards of Texas A&M University. Click here for a printable statement of research protocols.
