Information and Consent Form

Thank you for participating in this study, "Issues Management and Agricultural Food Commodity Group Communications Professionals.” You were selected as one of 64 people invited to participte because of the nature and importance of your organization and your position in your organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the role that issues mangement techniques play in the public relations programs of food commodity organizations. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please note the following characteristics of this study:
  • your participation is voluntary;
  • your identity will remain anonymous;
  • the IP address of your computer will not be recorded;
  • you can elect to withdraw at any time without penalty;
  • there are no positive or negative benefits from responding to this survey;
  • there is no compensation;
  • the survey will be used for research;
  • the results will be printed and kept for 12 months in a locked file and then destroyed;
  • the data obtained from this survey may be published.
